What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you place an order, request a catalog, sign up for our newsletter or ordering waitlist, submit your truck for our gallery, use the chat on our site, or contact us: your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and details about your truck. When you browse the site our server logs record your IP address and browser type, and WooCommerce sets the cookies needed to run a shopping cart.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your orders, answer your questions, mail catalogs you request, and, only if you opt in, send you news and offers by email or text message. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Southern Kentucky Classics about your orders, catalog requests, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment processor. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Who we share data with

Shipping carriers (UPS, and freight carriers for oversize parts) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order. Our payment processor receives what it needs to process your payment. Our email, text messaging and website chat provider stores your contact details so we can send the messages you opted into and reply to your chats. Embedded content such as Google Maps and YouTube behaves as if you visited those sites directly.

Cookies

We use the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need to remember your cart and, if you have an account, keep you logged in. Our cookie banner lets you decline non-essential cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and tax purposes. Newsletter and text subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except what we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons). Email [email protected] or call (270) 746-0400.
